The Last Hour

Every body's life has influences it can be good or bad. In my life also there been many people who had influenced but if i ponder on it i can remember only God (Jesus) who used one instrument and he is my husband. He is a good influence and that influence knocked out many wicked things in my life like stubbornness ,lying and thinking negative. He inspires me to have hope on God and motivates me to strive for humility and peace. I don't know what would i have been if i did not meet him.

My Shopping List

Shopping has been always my favourite thing in life. Whenever I get free time I would go for shopping with my husband and my little daughter. Sleep is one the important elements needed by our body. That is why your are required by doctors and scientist to sleep at least 8 hours. A Thrilling Game

My favorite game in childhood is football. I have been playing football from the age of 10 till I attained 30 years. In the beginning I used to play with the children in my neighborhood.  Initially we don’t have air filled footballs instead we make football from the rags covered in a rubber sheet. Seeing our plight a retired person purchased a football from the city and gave us free. That was a big turn around in our life and we formed a team. Our team took part in some of the tournament held in nearby villages.  Initially we didn’t get any prizes but gradually we started winning the tournament. Later on the captain of our team became a national player and brought glory to our village. I like the football because it gives lot of exercise to the body and also mental pleasure. Through football only I was able to find out my girlfriend who became my wife later.

Yoga the Secret of Good Life

The book which has inspired me in my life is the book of Yoga by Vivekananda publications. Swami Vivekananda proclaimed each soul is potentially divine .The goal is to manifest this divinity within, by controlling nature external and internal. These lines have been always an inspiration for me through out my life. I have got a positive energy and thinking from this book.  This book introduces some of the loosening and stretching exercises of the body which will make our body flexible.  The yoga helps to clean respiratory system and digestive system to give enthusiasm through out the day.
